Action ... 3 Volunteer.

Action ... 6 Wild lions make a very special gift.
Donate to the campaign in lieu of a gift to a loved one, for a birthday, or Christmas or other special occasion. Or just because you can. The caged lions depend on your support to fight for their freedom. We are a highly respected NGO asking for donations big or small to keep running, pushing for change. Be part of that change.

Action ... 7 See Africa's lions living free.
When you decide to go on safari - and please do, because it is wonderful - go to a safari region where there is no canned hunting. Discuss this with your safari planner. If your tour organiser is a true professional, he/she will know the latest in wildlife ethics in the safari countries. (If not, move on.) For example, Botswana recently cancelled its elephant hunting ban, and is now issuing elephant hunt permits. All regions offer superb wildlife viewing, and the choice is vast. Be picky - you are the consumer. And be very sure there is NO lion petting and NO lion walking on offer.

Action ... 10 Talk. Speak up for the lions.
Talk. Just talk about it to friends, family, colleagues. Google 'canned lion hunting', understand the scale of this sordid animal treatment. This way, you make social platforms give back to nature, you help shine a light into a dark, nasty place. Bring the subject into the light to reveal how ugly (but still legal) this activity is. Every chat, every post, is a voice for the thousands of caged lions. That's powerful stuff.
