A roaring great time had in Rome
14 March, 2015
Andrea reports
Good Evening Bev and Chris,
We send to you some shots from Rome.
We had really a beautiful evening, Mary Heys, our friend from Rome found really a gorgeous location.
We were right in centre of the town in Piazza del Popolo, very close to the Lions Fountain.
A very crowdy place, with many tourists from every country of the world.
We failed our communication only one time: a family from Russia... None of us speak Russian...
Best regards from Italy

The Parma Etica Festival is a gathering of people who wish to discuss mutual relationships involving environment and wildlife
8 June, 2014
Andrea & Roberta
A very interesting and important event has taken place in Parma, Italy, where people gathered in flocks to get informations about the meaning of the mutual relationship existing between humans, environment and wildlife in a respectful and ethical perspective: The Parma Etica Festival.
On Sunday, June 8, at 9.30 am, the Conference Room of this amazing Festival hosted the first workshop organized by Dr. Aldo Giovannella, Chairman of Pengo Life Project, of a number of associations working in Italy for endangered species on behalf of international organizations: Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF), Animals Asia Foundation, Campaign Against Canned Hunting (CACH) , The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (DSWT) and Sea Shepherd.
Each representative introduced the situation of its own species , in Africa and in Asia, with details about the actions on the spot to solve the problems caused by human greed and ignorance, and underlining common points due to human exploitation. As Dr. Giovannella, the coordinator, rightfully underlined, these considerations have led to this workshop all the associations, in view of a future cooperation to act with more energy inside the Italian and European Parliament, keeping their own cause identity unchanged.
We express our gratitude to: Irene De Vitti for AnimalsAsia, Andrea Meggiorn and Roberta Olivieri for Campaign Against Canned Hunting, Betty von Hoenning and Paola Zuccolotto for Cheetah Conservation Fund, Pina Francesca for Pengo Life Project, Eugenio Fogli for Sea Shepherd.
We want to add our thanks to Simonetta Rossi, project creator and Vice-Chairman of the association "Parma Etica".
We wish to meet again and carry on our proposals "For The Love Of All Animals".
